All the rage at ECO is our boot camps in Mount Pleasant! Currently, our boot camps vary from functional training, upper body and abs, boxing, fight clubs, and krankcycle and
treadmill training! Boot camps are held in 5 week sessions and last for 1 hour twice per week. These are held in small groups of 8-10 people. This is an affordable way to get
into shape! To register for our boot camps you must be a member of Ecofitness and Blue Turtle Yoga. Check out our current boot camp schedule under News and Events!
